Airas Ingres-based System Enters Pre-retirement
Today Airas Intersoft announced that its original, Ingres-based product, Airas was
entering Pre-Retirement. For twelve months from 1st October 2006, clients will be able
to contract for standard maintenance at the pre-retirement cost of Euro50,000 per annum.
The product will be retired on September 30th 2007, beyond which point, individually
negotiated support arrangements may be possible.

Airas Intersoft Announces David Truman as Managing Director
David Truman takes over as Managing Director after working as a Director and advisor to
the company for the past nine months. David brings twenty years experience of the
Insurance sector to this role. He has been the Chief Executive of Life and non-Life
companies in Hungary and Poland, as well as working in the UK and Ireland. David has
been active working with Airas clients in Central and Eastern Europe, Ireland and
Cyprus. He will quickly be taking up overall management of the company.
Terry Smalls, long time Technical Director of Airas Intersoft, has left the company to
work as an independent consultant. During October, Terry is working as a consultant for
Airas at a client in the Bahamas. We expect Terry to continue to be active working with
the company on client projects.

Banking Conference on September 25th and 26th. David Truman is presenting on Strategies

Airas Intersoft works with Omniasig Life, Bucharest, Romania
